DAY TO DAY TASKS – MAIN DUTIES

  • Ensure a unified corporate image
  • Manage the company's appearance in online / social media (eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and offline
  • Plan and elaborate advertising campaigns
  • Prepare marketing materials, newsletters, press releases
  • Ensure media collaborations
  • Organize conferences, events, working breakfasts, lunches, customer meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.

DAY TO DAY TASKS – MAIN DUTIES

  • Preparing payment documents, including through electronic banking.
  • Carrying out a “Sanction screening” review before every payment.
  • Allocation of  receivables and payables.
  • Booking invoices from suppliers, allocation of expenditures by categories and prepaid expenses;
  • Booking of  fixed assets and depreciation of fixed assets ;
  • Processing accounting documents under respective accounts for which is directly responsible
  • Organize Corporate credit card issuing. Review all credit card statements, arrange and allocate their payments.
  • Preparing reports related to brokers’ commissions, reinsurance and co-insurance premiums.

REQUIREMENTS

List of requirements to be successful in the future role:University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting

  • Previous experience in similar fields
  • Experience in international company will be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of accounting and finance software programs
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent follow through and organizational skills Strong individuals with a great desire to succeed
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals

DAY TO DAY TASKS – MAIN DUTIES

  • Assist in the administration of the company's corporate insurance portfolio by preparing and issuing quotes, policies, endorsements, certificates, debit notes, reminders and any other type of documentation
  • Enter information in the company's internal systems and databases
  • Complete, store and archive the documents for each client and for each policy in the respective file
  • Prepare internal and regional reports
  • Actively engage in the sales process to attract new clients

REQUIREMENTS

List of requirements to be successful in the future role:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance or AccountingAt least 3 years insurance industry experience (preferably in Commercial Property and / or Marine)
  • Excellent Bulgarian and English oral and written communication skills (fluency required)
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate to multiple levels within the company
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Strengths in problem-solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment and attention to detail
